The National Advisory Congress of Observers for Highway Home and School Safety (NACOHHSS) is founded for several purposes, observation, education, training, advising and action in the areas of highway, home and school safety. 

In our society the motorized vehicle is the most utilized form of transportation.  Our homes are the places where we spend at least fifty percent of our awake and sleeping hours.  These two venues employ us humans to action  way beyond any other s we encounter in our  normal daily activities, vehicles and homes, which is the most important in our lives?  The automobile which takes us to and from many necessary and important places that are required to give us our expected quality of life.  Our homes provide rest food and entertainment much more now than ten years ago.  Which is most important to us?  Which would we be willing to give up if we had to make a choice?
